1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MEHSS Labs platform, APIs, or CLI tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our infrastructure for deploying and managing autonomous agents. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the MEHSS Labs platform to deploy agents that engage in malicious activity, unauthorized data scraping, network abuse, or any actions that violate local or international laws.

4. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, MEHSS Labs is currently in Private Beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any disruptions in service during this phase.
